I'm Rachel. An experienced CAD Designer and GIS Analyst with a relevant history of working in the energy, power, utilities, and survey industries. After attending classes at Austin Community College, I became a Certified AutoCAD Drafter and obtained further certifications in Civil 3D and Revit.

Through my work history and further education, I have also gained varying levels of experience using Microstation, SolidWorks, ArcGIS Online, ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcFM (Designer Express), and Plant 3D.

You're likely here because I've subtly (or maybe not so subtly) pointed you in the direction of this online portfolio. It's not all-inclusive, but it should give you an idea of the types of projects that I've worked on and the software that I'm familiar with.

Along the same lines, here's a rundown of additional software that I have worked with:

Bluebeam, Confluence, Deltek Vision, Dynamics CRM, EDMS, Excel, Google Workspace, Jira, Maximo, Miro, Nuance PDF, Outlook, Power BI, PowerPoint, ProjectWise, Python, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Slack, Smartsheet, SQL, Tableau, Teams, TIBCO Spotfire, Trello, Visio, Word

If you're interested in me as a potential team member—awesome! You're gaining an experienced member of the working world, a Day One contributor, in possession of usable, relevant CAD skills. On top of that, I have the ability to use my project coordination and management experience to keep my work, myself, and my team on track.

Do you offer an inclusive environment, mentorship, and career opportunities? You do? Well, that's great, because that's what I'm looking for.

You can also find me on LinkedIn, and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Hello there!
